Minisymposium on Computational Methods in EM-Related Three-Dimensional Reconstruction, organized jointly by Joachim Frank, Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biophysics, Columbia University and Gabor T. Herman, Department of Computer Science, Graduate Center of the City University of New York.

In this Minisymposium, followup of a similar one organized last year at the CUNY Graduate Center, we would like to feature challenges presented by current structural biology research using electron microscopy, and how they might be addressed by advanced computational methods.
